All payments made to HarDan Music Group are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital music distribution, licensing, and related administrative services, once a transaction is completed, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees

All fees related to music distribution, registration, administrative processing, licensing, subscription plans, or other digital services are non-refundable.
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. User Responsibility

4.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for ensuring that your account, billing, and contact information are accurate and current.
HarDan is not responsible for service delays, failed distributions, or account issues caused by incorrect or outdated information.

4.2 Legal and Policy Compliance

By making a payment, you agree to comply with:

• All applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence,

• The Terms of Service, Distribution Policies, and Royalty Terms of HarDan Music Group.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your account without refund.
