HarDan Music Group – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by HarDan International Private Limited, trading as HarDan Music Group in India, and HarDan Music Group, LLC in the United States (collectively referred to as “HarDan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, dashboard, or making a payment to HarDan, you (“you” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Information

1.1 Scope: These Terms apply to all payments, content submissions, and services offered by HarDan Music Group, including but not limited to music distribution, content licensing, royalty management, and artist/label-related tools.

1.2 Acceptance: By using our services or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Currency: Payments within India must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments from outside India may be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) or other supported currencies as displayed at checkout.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including debit/credit cards, UPI, PayPal, and bank transfers. HarDan reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

2.3 Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email or invoice for your records. This receipt confirms only the payment and does not imply ownership or transfer of any music rights.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1 All Sales Final: All payments made to HarDan are final. Due to the digital and immediate nature of music distribution and related services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees: Fees paid for distribution, administrative processing, registration, content licensing, or any other service are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3.3 Service Errors: If a billing or processing error occurs due to a technical issue caused by HarDan, we may, at our discretion, correct or adjust the payment after verification.

4. User Responsibility

4.1 Account Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date account, billing, and contact information. Incorrect or outdated details may lead to service interruptions or suspension.

4.2 Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and HarDan’s internal policies. Illegal, infringing, or misleading submissions may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4.3 Ownership & Rights: You must own or hold proper licenses to distribute any content you submit. HarDan is not liable for copyright or ownership disputes. You indemnify HarDan against any third-party claims related to your content.

5. Service Modifications

HarDan reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature, service, or pricing plan without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarDan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or data arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

For All Users: Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

8. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
